Shortland and Sawbridge offer a complete Will Writing Service from the comfort of your own home. One of our qualified Will Writers will make an appointment to visit you at home to take your instructions for your Will. Your Will is then sent to you in its draft form for you to check its contents. Once you are completely satisfied that it reflects your wishes, the final document will be drawn up for signature.

Will Storage
We do offer a storage facility for your Will. Your Will can be registered and stored by us in a secure location with full back up facilities for its retrieval. You will receive directions, to keep with your personal papers, for the retrieval of your Will. As part of this service we send you a reminder letter every two years, asking if you wish to review your Will or make changes to it.

Asset Register
To save your loved ones much time and effort locating all your documents, we recommend the drawing up of an Asset Register. On this you can list all assets e.g. bank accounts, life assurance policies, family heirlooms etc. Shortland and Sawbridge will store this document with your Will so all essential information is held in one location for your executors when needed.
